The Spring 2024 UERU Undergraduate Vice Provost/President (UVP) Meeting and Curricular Analytics Project (CAP) Meeting will be hosted by Heather Mugg and Pamela Scully at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia on June 5 - June 7.
The UVP Meeting will begin with a reception in the evening of June 5th and conclude with a joint luncheon with CAP participants on June 7th. The CAP meeting, for its part, will be held on June 7th beginning with the joint UVP/CAP luncheon and ending with dinner.
UVPs who are new to UERU and/or to their role are invited to attend the UVP 101 pre-meeting workshop on June 5 from 2:00-4:00 p.m. UERU’s Board will meet June 5 from 1:00-4:00 p.m. as well.
The UVP Meeting Planning Committee—Heather Mugg (Emory), Chair; Pamela Scully, UERU Board Past President & Chair (Emory), Greg Heileman (Arizona), Christine Alvarado (UCSD), John Moore (UCSD), Carlos Jensen (UCSD), Steven Girardot (Georgia Tech), Akua Sarr (Boston College), Karen Pasley (Utah)—will publish the meeting program when it is finalized.
Emory has secured a room block at the Emory Conference Center Hotel at a rate of $184/night plus taxes and fees. Registration is open. Please book by May 13.
UERU is committed to protecting the health and safety of all participants at its meetings. We will follow the requirements set forth by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (the headquarters for which, by the way, is directly across from the Emory Conference Center Hotel), as well as pertinent national, state, and local public health agencies; and Emory University.
